Establishment of Shanghai Jinda Plastics Co., Ltd.

To cater to the growing demand for adhesive materials, we founded Shanghai Jinda Plastics Co., Ltd., specializing in the production of self-adhesive materials. This strategic move positioned us closer to the market in Shanghai and surrounding regions.

Establishment of Haian Jintong New Materials Co., Ltd.

In 2006, we expanded into high-tech materials by establishing Hainan Jintong New Materials Co., Ltd., which focuses on manufacturing electronic label materials and adhesive tape products.

Establishment of Jiangsu Jinda Packaging Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

To enhance production capabilities and focus on eco-friendly solutions, we invested in six imported automated production lines. Jiangsu Jinda specializes in manufacturing environmentally sustainable label materials.

Establishment of Youfu Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.

In 2012, we expanded internationally with the formation of Youfu Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., marking our first step toward becoming a global enterprise.

To centralize management and strategize for the future, we established Shanghai Jinyou Enterprise Headquarters, which serves as the core hub for our business operations.

Despite initial investments in solar energy applications in 2021, Jintong New Materials decided to strategically withdraw from the photovoltaic power generation sector in 2024. This decision was made after careful evaluation of the market dynamics, technological advancements, and the company's overall sustainability strategy. The company shifted its focus toward other environmentally sustainable solutions, including optimizing energy recovery systems and enhancing the efficiency of existing green technologies. This strategic shift aligns with our long-term goal of maximizing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact through more targeted and cost-effective solutions.

2025

Launch of Smart Warehouse, Advancing to Industry 3.0+

In 2025, Hai’an Jintong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. invested in a smart automated warehouse equipped with over 2,000 storage positions. The facility integrates AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) for goods transportation, coordinated via PAD terminals and a MES (Manufacturing Execution System). By connecting seamlessly with the cloud-based ERP system, the company achieved full integration of warehousing, production, and order management—marking a major step into the Industry 3.0+ intelligent manufacturing era.
